Pros
- Flexible working hours - Basically no supervision (pro if you're a notorious freeloader) - Some very friendly people
Cons
- Lots and lots of hopeful but empty promises - Cuts and reductions after the promises - Double standard between colleagues - No communication from the owner/leader. You get the latest updates by gossip - Horrible project management, last minute chaos on every single project, weekends and vacation do not matter in these situations
