-Transferable skills! Tough it out for 8 months and start applying elsewhere. Many of the BDRs I worked with moved on to great roles.
Cons
-Workload was nearly doubled while earning potential was slashed.
-Commission pay and promised incentives were often not paid out fully. It was unacceptable that my peers and I had to argue just to receive what we had already earned.
-The product lagged behind competitors. It often felt like employees were being squeezed to improve margins rather than improve the product.
-Some very concerning and unprofessional behavior from C-suite executives...keep scrolling through other reviews and you’ll see what I mean.
