Pros
Pros of working at Exact Data is the team approach towards winning - it doesn't matter who you are, where you come from, or what your experience is. If you have a winning attitude and you're willing to do the work, then you will succeed at this job. Marketing and Operations are geared towards aggressively supporting and growing those who put in the work on the sales floor. Everyone has the same goal in mind, and line of communication are open between the newest employee and top executive staff is open. Company vibes are awesome - regular social events for the entire business (corona dependent, of course,) generous compensation plan, and ton of opportunity to grow. A lot of the top execs started as normal sales people and grew up the ladder within the company. Despite being a growing/large and successful company, this business doesn't overload itself with bureaucratic and corporate wastes of time - all that is required to succeed here is a winning attitude and willingness to do the work. This is a place to thrive, with the environment to support it.
Cons
For me, none. If your goal is to be average, this isn't the place for you. You can probably get by for a while and make ends meet, but this is really a place for people who are willing to go all out to hit big numbers. There is nothing wrong with just attending to a occupation to keep a roof over your head, but it will be uncomfortable doing so when you're surrounded by people helping eachother push themselves to new levels they didn't think possible.
