I was discriminated for my sexual orientation by a manager and several peers around me.
This company follows a puppy mill model, and hire & fire anywhere from 3-5 people weekly. Management prefers to set unrealistic expectations for proven and tenured salespeople who are slumping instead of letting go of unproven trainees.
The product offered is subpar at best. Approximately 83% of the sales I made led to some sort of issue (poor quality, inaccurate/short count, untimely delivery, etc).
It is very difficult to make more than $2,000/month. Favoritism plays an enormous factor as upper management chooses who receives quality leads who are ready to make a significant purchase. Many talented account executives were forced out fairly quickly due to unrealistic goals set by management through receiving the lowest tiered leads.
