Pros

Good location in the middle of the loop, right next to blue line, close to Starbucks, bagels Friday mornings, sometimes happy hour Friday evenings (if goals are met), people are cool for the most part, pool and ping pong to play during breaks.

Cons

The "training program" consists of a day and a half of actual training then they leave you to make at least 150 cold calls to old leads- most are from at least 2 years ago, some from more than 5 years ago. If you don't get a sale in the first couple weeks (with essentially no actual training or information given to you), you're out, and if you don't get 16 sales in 2 months, you're out. It's a sink-or-swim deal. Most managers choose their favorites that they want to help. The environment is fun at times, but a lot of gossiping among managers and they sometimes make inappropriate comments. The job is to basically con business owners or individuals into buying poor-quality lists of leads. Don't believe what they hype this job up to be. Honestly, I would look for work elsewhere. Not worth it.

Pros

They will literally hire anyone so if you NEED a job this will be a good bridge between places

Cons

When you are first hired, you are expected to make 100+ calls a day and cycle through old company leads that didn't purchase data until you can make 6 sales in which you get 2 months to do so? But thats it. Once you get promoted you never actually get commission unless you find a wale client and event then some of the most talented people have left because every time you make commission the goal gets pushed ever further so ensure they don't have to pay you out.
