Cons
Extremely poor culture, weak leadership, and inconsistent communication. Overall, I would not recommend this company in any way, shape, or form.
During the hiring process, the company made promises that were ultimately not kept. I was repeatedly assured that the company was financially stable prior to accepting the role and that they had “saved their pennies” and spent more than two years interviewing candidates for this role. Despite those assurances, I was informed just four months later that they could no longer financially support my role.
What was most disappointing was the lack of transparency and professionalism surrounding my departure. I was told the decision was due to financial reasons, yet I later learned that colleagues had been told I was underperforming. If that was truly the reason, it should have been communicated directly to me through honest feedback and a performance improvement process—not after the fact through conflicting explanations.
The experience left me with little confidence in the company’s leadership or integrity. Employees deserve clear communication, honest feedback, and leaders who stand behind their commitments. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at Exante360.
