Pros

The overtime pay was nice at times.

Cons

Poor time management skills from everybody across the board. Projects were being QA/QCd right up until the last moment when the day of submission morning should have been reserved for any last minute changes - not full on “still designing” from the designers. Caused zero work-life balance. Prided themselves in quality of work but that was not apparent from what I saw. Team members were not team players. No sense of community.

Pros

-great work culture -the owners are supportive and transparent. They have created a safe space for open communication for all employees -team environment -growth opportunities

Cons

-The only con I can think of is not seeing my co workers in person but everyone truly makes the time and effort to connect with each other and I feel pretty connected to everyone regardless of being in a remote environment

Pros

There were no pros to this role.

Cons

Extremely poor culture, weak leadership, and inconsistent communication. Overall, I would not recommend this company in any way, shape, or form. During the hiring process, the company made promises that were ultimately not kept. I was repeatedly assured that the company was financially stable prior to accepting the role and that they had “saved their pennies” and spent more than two years interviewing candidates for this role. Despite those assurances, I was informed just four months later that they could no longer financially support my role. What was most disappointing was the lack of transparency and professionalism surrounding my departure. I was told the decision was due to financial reasons, yet I later learned that colleagues had been told I was underperforming. If that was truly the reason, it should have been communicated directly to me through honest feedback and a performance improvement process—not after the fact through conflicting explanations. The experience left me with little confidence in the company’s leadership or integrity. Employees deserve clear communication, honest feedback, and leaders who stand behind their commitments. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at Exante360.
