      Pros

      Salary, benefits, remote working, on-boarding process. Generally people are open, honest and supportive at all levels of the business.

      Cons

      The direction of travel for the business sometimes feel unsettling but communication is clear. Sometimes there are too many voices and too many channels of communication rather than a single voice from Exasol.

      Pros

      As a growing company and new leadership its totally revamped how exasol used to be. It's been great so far since I've joined. Exasol as a company is heading into the right direction. The support has over exceeded me expectations, honestly everything has exceeded my expectations. Exasol has proved why it was such a smart reason to join this growing company. Their is no micromanagement, every understands we all have a job and its going to get done either individually or as a team. The product is great and meets great needs for clients, its in a great market. The leadership team values anyones input and feedback and continuously ask for people to give their opinion on anything. You just don't get that from companies now a days. Its been one of the few jobs where I feel like I can speak up and people will listen. The culture is great everyone works together and helps each other even on different teams. I enjoy it so much here where I wake up and actually look forward to work in some cases, I've never felt like that before joining Exasol. I genuinely love here.
