Great work environment, Junior engineers usually given proper guidance by Senior engineers, People are willing to help in whatever way possible Small size company with an emphasis on getting work done quickly, sometimes may be challenging

No growth after a certain point in time, feel the work could be repetitive Fixed work schedule, someone looking for flexible work hours may not find this encouraging
