Nothing it is a waste of time!

Warning to potential employees: This company has one of the highest turnover rates I've ever seen. You're expected to take on increasing workloads with minimal compensation, and there’s no medical insurance offered. If you're intelligent or ask questions, management sees you as a threat. I was repeatedly undermined and embarrassed publicly for simply doing my job well. To make matters worse, the company withheld all of my commissions for the last two months. That was the final straw—I submitted my two weeks’ notice and moved on.

None at all, you'll get perspective on other companies being better

Not a great job, even for a first job. Can make more money literally anywhere with less stress. Toxic leadership
