      * Job Stability * Ease in applying Vacations, no hassles * HR super-competent, any letter need to be issued is dealt with timely * Employee Values, understanding from the Management * You're treated like a human with the the lawful labor-rights fully given to be exercised by you. * CEO is a very great person, both in values and in qualification/experience, along with his top-brass / Managers / Directors.

      Cons

      Undefined increments / benefit compensation, no KPIs being monitored. Even if you out-perform, it might not be noticed or appreciated.
