Fals promises. False advrtisemnt, job duties I applied for was the complete opposite of what I actually ended up doing. Was promised a rase, never recieved one (along with everyone else there). Was started a lower level title with expectation to move after management saw how I did after starting, remained in the same title until I left. There was an obvious favoritism towards certain employees, working hard and excelling does not do much for you. Even with all of the experience I brought, still wasn't heard by management. And very uneven distribution in job duties.
