Pathetic management with asslicking team leaders. Here, first of all, I want to highlight is that company doesn't provide good training for the employees and expect to perform exceptionally well. Quality Check team is the worst in the industry , they don't have knowledge on what is going in the industry. Quality team does donkey work no co-ordination within them. Operation team is not so good but has team unity. HR team is damn dumb they don't even bother their employees, don't listen to them proactively doesn't provide them with good solution. Dedcut salary for no reason whatsoever. I would suggest you to join other B2B companies which provides good work environment and policy ethics.
