Management is very traditional thinking and unwilling to accept or learn new knowledge due to high ego. They look like a bunch of leeches, getting high pay and wait for retirement. When they dont have knowledge, they act like they know everything. They couldn’t think out of the box and always revert back to square 1 when facing any obstacles.
