Pros

Trying hard to grow in the market from CIO

Cons

1)Inexperienced people in Quality Assurance (QAIT) managerial positions, hard to work with them as they understand very little or no understanding at all. 2)QAIT managers play politics and be tricky while getting answers from their subordinates which inturn give them some quality assurance process knowledge from their own subordinates 3) Managers quality assurance act like best friends and support each other's lack of knowledge, they have bizzare ideas 4) knowledgeable managers people are missing 5)mid managers are outlandish, bizzare and always embarrass themselves, think that indecent dressing in a way to attract co-workers will help to overcome their incompetences . 6) managers have some bizarre powers in the company. HR policies says management can do anything against anyone with or without proof or notice. 7) not safe for employees reporting to mid level naive and inexperienced managers. Lacks proper hierarchy, big titles for just leading. Titles are not worth the people they hire.

Pros

Low turnover. Management is great. PTO time.

Cons

Late hours. I’d prefer getting off a little earlier daily to allow time with my family.
