Wouldn’t recommend - Anonymous employee Eximia Research Employee Review

Not much from a business development perspective. The BD team is small (made up of 2 people) and those 2 people within the team were a delight to work with - that's it though.

Senior management and leadership was terrible. The head of the company is knowledgeable in the industry itself - but is NOT a good leader by any means. They do not make it clear what's expected of you/what your KPIs are - and if you don't meet those unclear expectations - they let you go after a few months without first providing any support on how to perform more effectively.

It's a job, nothing more

Leadership lacks communication. Company makes promises in their offer letters that they later rescind, stating that "the offer letter was written in error". Employees are treated like expendable cattle. Management provides no guidance or support, yet sets unreasonable expectations. Favoritism and nepotism takes precedence over work ethic and dedication.
