      Bad middle management - Senior Associate Exivity Employee Review

      Pros

      Good salary and that's the only thing.

      Cons

      Its chaos. Everyone tries to climb the ladder with every means possible and senior management dont care as long as they get results. There are a lot of employees who actually do nothing and get paid a lot and other who work their butts off and get peanuts. It all depends on your manager who most of the times are too young and lack the maturity of a real manager.

      I believe you may have added your review to the wrong company. Exivity does not have a location in Limasol nor do we have any employees from that region. We're currently based only in Amsterdam. Also, we have never tried to recruit a "Senior Associate".

      Pros

      Exivity offers you a challenging and interesting job, while, at the same time gives you all the flexibility you may need. Since it is a young company everybody walks in the same direction, everyone from management to associates has the drive and vision to create a great product that delights the customers.

      Cons

      The startup world is a rollercoaster, which may not be suitable for everybody.
