- Low salaries that hardly grow - The company does not care that people are leaving because of low salaries, they just hire new people - People don't speak much to each other - Most of the people are frustrated with the constant process changes - Hard working people with a great potential don't get recognized and eventually leave the firm - Bonuses are difficult to achieve - Good for people that like to watch adult videos at work - No real career development opportunities
