Good place to learn new skills

Doing my internship there was quite interesting experience. I learned a lot and I had a very successful final report. People were usually very friendly. I still keep in touch with some of them. Good computers, helpful HR, great coffee.

Work environment is straight unhealthy. Everyone works a lot until late hours, sometimes even on weekends when deadlines are pressing. Staying until late evening is considered normal. People underperforming were sort of ostracized. Almost everything I learned, I learned by myself. There was little interaction between myself and other coworkers. I rarely received any dedicated time for teaching me something. There was also little trust when sharing information with interns. I always received bare minimum of information required to run my work when more context could have helped a lot. Whenever there was company-wide briefing I and other interns had to go to conference rooms to not be able to hear what the leader were saying in the open space where the meeting was taking place. I understand there might have been some confidentiality issue but it felt very hummiliating.
