Pros
I want to say people are nice to work with. But to be very honest, “nice people” in 2026 is a filler pro. If you have bad people, then it’s a culture problem to fix. Decently behaving people should be a standard, not a pro point.
Cons
Salary is super low. High risk of AI displacement. People have become very stubborn in their ways of working. Management is throwing a lot of spaghetti at the wall, and let’s just say that the floor is filthy now.
