Pros
This is my 3rd company in my 15-year professional career (7 years each at my first two companies in various roles). I've been fortunate to be part of some great teams both corporate and entrepreneurial, but Expedite has been truly special. There are many factors but here are several key attributes that make Expedite a great place to work: 1- Customer success and long term partnerships are in the DNA of the organization 2- There are no politics in any department. Your work and contributions determine how your performance is viewed. 3- The best idea is always selected, no matter from whom or how it is generated 4- There is a culture of continuous improvement - I am constantly encouraged and challenged to improve systems and traits and I feel like this is making a big difference in my skills and capabilities 5- The CEO cares about every single employee, and goes above and beyond to foster their growth and fulfillment. I have learned so much about Sales, Customer Support, Product Development, Marketing, and Operations since joining, and I thought I already knew a lot in all these areas. Everything in the customer journey and product development is meticulously layout and continuously improved.
Cons
This is not a con for me but this is not the environment where you can coast. If you are not interested in continuous improvement and in giving and receiving feedback, then you may want to consider other opportunities.
