4yWe appreciate the positive points about our product, engineering and implementation teams, as well as your suggestions on sales.
We have come to recognize the need for more documented messaging. Hiring seasoned sales reps with domain knowledge is not enough. So we have brought in sales leadership and are doing more to help even junior associates to identify and deliver great business outcomes to our buyers, which we believe is the basis for sales. Relationships are only forged after that.
Weekly standups are an all-hands open-forum gratitude meeting where every employee shares thanks to each other. Given its open nature, we don’t expect to make any changes.
