Pros
ETS is great for anyone at the start of their career in the employee engagement and HR solutions sector. You work on many different types of projects including engagement surveys, appraisal systems and other types of HR solutions. The clients are from a variety of sectors. Therefore, there is an opportunity to gain a lot of knowledge about how organisations assess employee engagment and also how they use insight from the solutions offered to improve the organisational processes and culture. The 34 days of annual leave is an exceptional benefit. The yearly kick off event is also great fun.
Cons
The fast paced work environment can be stressful at times. Therefore, working at ETS would be more suitable for energetic and forward thinking individuals with good communication skills. Delivering on tight deadlines by working efficiently, getting your point across to both clients and internal stakeholders are skills you need to use on a daily basis. Its not a job for the lazy! Clients can be demanding as many are in high profile roles.
