- Management is driven to succeed and very passionate about growing the business. - Solving a major problem, so it's encouraging to be a part of the mission. - Fun environment -- work hard, play hard vibe. - Fair and flexible, but expects results.
Cons
- Takes a while to get to office, but apparently moving to major city - Start-up, which is fun, but can be a lot of pressure at times
