Pros
Decent Pay. That's really all that was great about it honestly.
Cons
Terrible work environment. We had to come into the office everyday at 7:30am and we would leave most nights between 6-8pm on a daily basis. We were not allowed to take a full lunch ever, and if we did we'd be scolded. The management is horrendous, he would yell constantly at the staff and treat them as if they were a two year old by trapping them within the building. They talk all about how they have high standards for their employees and the people they bring in, but honestly make sure your managers are properly trained for their job. They only have him and owner/manager position because he has lots of money. He is no where near close to being capable of this job.
