Pros
-Low barrier to entry, typically will hire people with much experience, just looking for high performing sales personalities -I always had great co-workers (trauma bonded from the chaos)
Cons
-All locations are franchised and your experience depends heavily on who your owner is (I've had both awesome and awful) -Extremely high burnout/turnover -Low base salaries with even lower commissions -Sales is pushed really hard from corporate, but there is never enough staff to cover non-sales related tasks due to turnover and purposely "understaffing" to keep costs down
