Great starter company to work for, learn a lot about media and grow. Ability to advance fast from assistant media buyer to buyer but that's about as far as you can go up. Fun culture. Rewarding career up to a point. Good health/dental benefits.

Low pay with high expectations. A lot of micro-managing. No matching for 401k.
There are really amazing people working here, who really care about each other. There are potlucks for all birthdays, as well as some just for fun.
Cons
The owner is a little difficult to work with, HOWEVER, he shows up at like 3pm in the afternoon so you don't end up working with him for long. His wife gets in at around 11am and is amazing to work with.
