Pros
Good if you want to start in (insecure) paper publishing industry. If for some reason this is your goal. Privately - you can meet some very nice people here. But lack of vision and leadership in company management is too obvious on all levels.
Cons
Lack of strategy and clear vision to compete on the future. No visionary or strong leadership. Missing HR and looking after people. Not investing in employees future, quick to let them go. No integrity.
