Not a team environment as pitched in the interview. No accountability in quality of work, employees are not held to any standard. Untrained and inexperienced individuals working on vehicles and writing service recommendations, lifting vehicles improperly causing damage, often bring same vehicle in multiple times due to mistakes. If you're knowledgeable, you become a scapegoat for these mishaps even if it's not something you are personally responsible for.
