- Good WLB - No Toxic Culture environment - People are helpful to each other - Salaries always on time - Multiple Skills to learn and grow - and many more positive things that you'll not get in a typical MNC or the so called toxic firms
Cons
- Very quick changes in Projects which makes it difficult to adapt - Not focused towards building stable Products, but rather something which should work anyway. - Lack of Time
