Some of the people are really genuine and good colleagues. Aside from that I, i do not see anything else. Good Luck!
Cons
Where to begin.. many people say that a happy employee will never write a positive review, but aside from how true that can be, I used to be very happy here. My discomfort comes from how the upper management treats the other employees. The company itself has an idea of a structure but it’s like a steam curtain.. management treats you like a number based on a metric. They’ll promote you but then demote you, not sticking to the proposed plan but rather switch constantly. It’s really unfortunate what this place has become.
