Working almost completely remote. Job and expectations are pretty chill. Raises can sometimes be 4-6%
Cons
Hybrid. Theres no work culture. Nobody cares to be social or hangout. Everyone is anti-social mostly. There's no bonuses. Managers don't really care or reward anything. Growth is slow. Don't expect to get promoted quickly.
