Exxaro is a world class mining company in South Africa, excellent work culture and people approach. Experience across different commodities and locations including Australia, Congo and across South Africa.
Cons
Leadership seem to be non-comittal and slow in decision making which creates frustration in growth and motivational areas. Excellent people and skills have been lost due to improvement projects which then was not implemented
