      Pros

      I like that they are first class when it comes to the customers I have in my chat room. They really are first class all the way around compared to other webcam companies I worked with in the past. Any computer problems I ever had they fixed right away for me. Flirt4Free and Eye Candy are excellent. I bought my first house last year thanks to them!

      Cons

      Well there are some small thing I would like different like more CPM options to choose from but maybe it would not be a good thing to have to many CPM options especially for new models. Other than that there really are no cons.

      Pros

      I think the training with them in the beginning is what really helped me the most. They offer a lot of extras the other companies just don't offer. I like the fact I can take an advance on my pay if I need extra money for something. They always pay on time. I know from talking to other models they have a great reputation. It is hard to make everyone happy of course but for good models who take the job serious they are as good as it gets. They also have a great referral program. I make anywhere from $75,000 to $90,000 a year with them working full time.

      Cons

      I really have nothing negative to say about them. They really do go above and beyond what is expected from a modeling agency.
