      Pros

      Student safety is fine. Learning materials are just outstanding for being expert.

      Cons

      Employees have to work more than 40hours in every week at Gurgaon head office. Unethical and don't abide by Labour law specially for female instructors. Company do't pay proper salary even after enrolling students more than 200.

      Pros

      - Flexible hours, you can choose your hours to a certain extent - curriculum is based on the workbooks that you give the students - 1:4 teacher to student ratio - there are snacks in the lounge area

      Cons

      - poor management - sometimes quite understaffed - Last minute drop ins - things that you need are sometimes hard to find - graders sometimes don't do their job and it falls on us - sometimes the parents treat the place as a daycare
