Pros
Casual open-office environment, in house happy hours, free beverages and snacks and conveniently located in Manhattan's NoMad area. Eyeview offers a generous comp and benefits package. The people here are bright, friendly, hard-working individuals.
Cons
Weekly company-wide meetings fall short in delivering useful information to its employees; i.e., Eyeview recently laid off a number of their workforce without any notice. This is something that could've been communicated beforehand. There's a lack of focus. Upper management's initiatives are constantly changing and it's the root cause of all the wear and tear seen around the office. Suggestions to streamline/improve processes are shot down or ignored by management. "Work-Life Balance" is a joke here.
