FGL has experienced significant growth and advancement over the last few years, and we continuously work to create an environment where people feel valued and empowered to succeed. We are committed to investments of new systems and processes to improve our employees' and customers' experience. We ensure that employee engagement in all areas of the company is assessed annually and engagement plans are actively managed. Therefore, executive management is very aware of all areas and departments. It should be mentioned that specific positive changes including increased management focus and improved processes have been implemented in the Claims area over the past few months yielding positive results. Our senior leadership team values transparency and provides a number of mediums for two-way employee communication. Employee questions or concerns, and feedback is always welcome and taken seriously at Fidelity & Guaranty Life.
