Pros

- Owner and CEO of the company takes great care and respect for his employees -Opportunities to learn and grow in the IT community working with high profile clients such as Microsoft and Google. -Travel around the world supporting IT and Network Infrastructure for small to large corporate events. -Company is run as a very tight knit family. Everyone has your back.

Cons

-Lots of travel means lots of time away from home: At times the demands of the business will require you to travel over 75% of the time. -Some days can be very long and strenuous. Though the hard work and effort is a rewarding experience and the owner of the company likes to reward his employess for the hard work.

Pros

Ceo is pretty down to earth and cool team of people that will take good care of you, anything from uber or hotel or food costs are paid for. The flight travel to another state is exciting and fun along with meeting a lot of new people. All expenses are re-imbursed that are pertaining to flight, meals, and hotel ubers. Good pay, fun work environment, fun people, work hard play hard in every sense. You get all the hard work done in the first couple days and then you relax once the show begins. Tear down goes fast.

Cons

Very hard work, lots of time spent walking long distances. May get lack of sleep for working over 40 hours. Can be difficult for someone who isn't used to bending or crouching down or being on your knees but you can take a break and others can help take on some of your load if you get tired. It can be fast paced, although you can slow down if need be.
