      Pros

      I have not been at the FAA long, however it seems like a pretty decent job. Onboarding takes forever and the work demand is not extensive. It is much slower than my previous roles however I am just starting out

      Can be very slow, so many different guides/laws to follow for federal employees hard to keep track

      A great opportunity to work with airlines and in advancing the safety mission of the FAA. Also, excellent benefits and quality of work life balance.
