      Pros

      Excellent and fun job. Rarely have to go to a meeting or check your email. Not required to answer your phone after work hours.

      Cons

      Mostly removed from the bureaucracy of the overall government agency. The times you do have to deal with the office staff outside of the building it can be painfully inefficient.
