      Depending on the restaurant you are working in, your experience will be different. I got lucky; I have worked in two of their restaurants, and my experience was great.

      Groupism among the older staff of the restaurants, or people coming from the same community or background

      Good vibes, good money for summer, someone is always calling out so a lot of shifts. Good place to get experience

      unorganised, super chaotic, dysfunctional, terrible management
