      Pros

      Loved the actual work and responsibilities. Fun projects with real impact. Talented marketing team with good intentions. Great owners (the President and his Wife).

      Cons

      Marketing team lacked proper tools and resources We had to use our own personal equipment. No budget to execute ideas or campaigns effectively Little room for growth or mentorship. Boss was dismissive and unsupportive of the whole marketing team and difficult to work with. And a micromanager
