Pros
-This is a company that specializes in fun! This means for the customers and employees. Great perks in the markets in which they operate. -Room for internal growth. (People who review FACE negatively might think that they're entitled advancement and all these other things, but they have to be willing to put in the time and effort.) - I have witnessed first hand that Team Members are in the forefront of the CEO's mind. He wants his people to be taken care of and he has a genuine heart.
Cons
Not necessarily any cons... It is rapidly growing which, naturally, can be accompanied by a few growing pains. The leaders seem to have a good grasp continuous betterment of communication, core values, and the well-being of their Team Members.
