      For better Aptitude Learning: You can learn aptitude by working in Faceprep and has good content

      Cons

      but no proper timing of work: you have to work 9-6 and then after 6 again your duty will start and no proper hike structure

      Pros

      1) Learning in different areas 2) You will get a chance to develop multiple skills

      Cons

      1) Managerial issues 2) Politics 3) Have to be available 24/7 for work 4) Below average pay 5) No work life balance 6) The worst top & mid management and the highlight is managers only show case, they will not sit with the employees for problems 7) I would say this is one of the worst organisations.
