Decent enough environment, fun attitude, nice clothing, clothing bonuses (if you sold enough)
Cons
Upper management treated staff like robots, no clothing bonus if you didn't sell enough, low staff discount barely made it worth it to buy anything, no control over employee behaviour (had a very VERY rude colleague, no discipline was really ever taken), other staff treating customers like cash cows
