Pros

Being apart of an Employee Owned company has a lot of great benefits. - Flexibility, I have the ability to work from if I want - Profit Sharing bonuses are exciting! When the company is doing well we get to reap the benefits. - I only pay $32 a pay period to have my kids on my medical plan! - $150 clothing allowance is great to get FAST Gear!

Hoping we have paid Maternity/Paternity leave one day!

Pros

The ESOP is a large benefit not offered by all employers, however, it is extremely unstable as the company continues in a downward spiral. It also doesn't make up for the headache, stress, and madness you'll be subjected to during your employment.

Cons

I worked in a professional role for 4 years with regular access to business decisions and strategy discussions. FAST hooks you with the promise of the ESOP, which is a great retirement benefit, and destroys your sanity day by day. This company is poorly run, the culture is severely damaged, turnover of talented employees is out of control, and senior management cannot get out of their own way. This company caused intense and unnecessary stress and made poor decisions after poor decision. I'm so glad I made the choice to leave, it's the best thing I've done in a long time. Please avoid at any cost.
