I find working for FCA Management to be highly rewarding. The company fosters a progressive environment that values team input and collaboration, driving us all towards a unified goal. Over the past nearly four years with the company, I have experienced significant personal and professional growth. I look forward to contributing to, and being a part of, its ongoing success.

Personally, I do not think there are notable cons. There are always lessons to be learned but management utilizes them as a tool for growth.

I cannot think of any

- micromanagement with several reports that are required daily/weekly/monthly when they could simply be pulled from the software management system - lack of diversity in leadership -employee turnover is constant - one of the top leaders doesnt know how to talk to people with respect -benefits are horrible esp. health care - nobody ever knows what is going on or how to fix issues
