The word limit is not enough to talk about the cons. - No WL balance. Hours are crazy. Work until 5am or for 48 hours straight. - CS rules it all and makes you work on everything on priority. - VP supports toxic culture and overworking. - No learning curve - Favouritism - L&D program is an alien term here - Acc to FCB Interface, they own all 24 hours of your day. Many employees have health issues here. - Upper management has no spine to say no to the client - Dull office culture. No life or energy in the office - Internal teams are each other’s enemies - People are rude, selfish, and unhelpful. - Mental health goes out the window too - Every month at least 1 person puts their papers down. - If you’re good at appeasing the upper management you’re gtg - Festivals have the same feel as cemeteries. - HRs do nothing and are invisible when you need help. - Award hungry bunch that do not care about anything tl;dr — DO ****NOT**** JOIN this horrible place!
