Excellent colleagues, balance life-work, located in a very good area with lots of green and very central, very good to get experience in IP, cyber security, web archive and advance computing, not demanding, able to choose remote work although on-site first.

Low salaries, no expectations of professional development or any kind of carrear, micromanagement, most new colleagues in less than a year are looking for one other job, many with more than 2 years are not happy with work conditions and just complain about it without doing anything to change or considering that HR are able to help, management without relevant work experience or education in their fields.

Good work life balance and to get knowledge about technology (video, large and campus networks, VoIP, security) . Good experts working there. Great environment, parking space and place inside Lisbon.

Salary bellow average, not so good career expectations on the long run.
