had to clock in everyday and if you were more than 15 min late, you'd get in trouble had to work Saturdays mornings, sometimes with nothing to do.. felt like you could never leave on time at the end of the day, especially if the seniors or ceo was still there massive micromanagers! lots of turn over in general but the seniors are long timers and are clearly the inner circle poor benefits - no insurance, only meet the minimum requirements by law

the pros: cozy and spacious workplace, convenient location.

please don’t expect a person can get to know your working pattern and duties. just a flexible part time. and this is like putting out the fire. And you are expecting a person can do a Secretary, EA and PA within a few days of work.
