Pandemic brought out the worst in this company - Anonymous employee FCT Employee Review

They have no problem lying to employees -At the start of the pandemic they assured everyone they would follow ALL health unit guidelines. When some of those guidelines didn't line up with their return to the office plan, following only some of them became good enough -During the pandemic they rolled out a promising remote work policy that gave managers full discretion over their employees schedule. They assured employees this policy would remain in place post pandemic. First opportunity to get people back into the office, the policy might as well not exist. A set number of days in the office for everyone and 0 manager discretion -CEO assured everyone that the return of the office would only proceed if the re-opening of the country continued. Shortly after this statement Ontario halted it's re-opening plans due to concerns about a 4th wave. FCT pressed on with it's re-opening despite it's own pre-requisite failing to have been met
